We highly recommend reading through these tips of what to do (and what NOT to do) after purchasing a product from us, to ensure you take the correct steps in caring for, cleaning and looking after your products.

We go the extra mile to hand select all the elements in our furniture as each piece is individually handcrafted by our artisans. We use natural materials, and the best thing about wood and leather is that these are as unique as you. All wood, even of the same species can vary in colour, grain & texture. There may be small Knots & light surface markings which add to the character of each piece, and leather can take on the natural markings such as scratches, branding iron & insects bites which add to the uniqueness too. There will be slight variations from the image, however the design and detail will always be of the highest craftsmanship and quality. Please see our material page here for more information.

Yes, all prices of inclusive of taxes/VAT. What you see is what you will pay when you checkout. Delivery will be applicable if you are based outside of Gauteng or free based on our threshold purchase.

Each item is hand crafted to order in our Johannesburg factory, although we do keep stock of some items, our standard production lead time is 3-4 weeks. We ensure every effort is made to have your order to you as quickly as possible, however please note that these times are an approximate guide and may be subject to changes or delays (unfortunately some things are out of our hands). If you are in urgent need of an item, and it is crucial to have before a specific date, please contact us before ordering to discuss if this will be possible.

Once your order is ready you will be notified by E-mail that it is en-route with our courier or team. Delivery times to Johannesburg & Pretoria is 1 business day, regional delivery is 3-5 business days, Outlying areas may have an additional delay depending on the partner courier.

We take as many steps as possible to ensure this does not happen, however we know that these things can happen. In the event that this occurs, please contact us immediately, here's how:

1. E-mail or call us right away with a description of which item is damaged.
2. Depending on the product, we'll arrange a collection of the damaged item.
3. We'll let you know when you can expect your replacement to arrive.

*unfortunately you may have to wait for us to reproduce the item, in which case we will expedite the fabrication, however there may be a small delay on the replacement item.

Timber & Leather:

-     Guarantee for a period of 1 year from date of delivery/collection.

-     This guarantee is in respect of frame and workmanship. Should the original product be altered in any way, or due to negligence the guarantee will be void.

-     Please note: Timber products due to the nature of the product may have natural markings, cracks and/or colour variations, these are characteristics of a natural product and not a sign of damage of defect.

-     Products may also vary to the images available online based on this nature and is not a sign of a defective product.

-     Some products may have markings, scratches, holes, and/or dents, these are part of the characteristics of our handmade items and not a sign of a defective product.

Upholstered furniture:

-     Guarantee for a period of 2 years from date of delivery/collection.

-     This guarantee is in respect of the frame and craftsmanship. The guarantee does not extend to the fabric or leather used to furnish the product, as this is subject to wear and tear associated with use as usage and treatment in the customer’s environment is beyond Landmarq Road’s control.

Steel:

-     Guarantee for a period of 2 years from date of delivery/collection.

-     This guarantee is in respect of the material defects, frame and workmanship.

All other furniture (excludes accessories):

-     Guarantee for a period of 1 year from date of delivery/collection.

-     This guarantee is in respect of material defects or workmanship.
